2 houses have been recently built, both are 2 bedroom 1 bath and around 700 sq, ft. 1 is currently used by the caretaker and his family. The other is used part time by the owner.

There are fenced pastures and a covered corral. 2 acres of coffee and 2 acres of bananas and plantains. Several mature fruit trees can be found throughout the property and 2 tilapia pounds. Currently there are a few horses, cows and sheep keeping the pastures maintained.

There are several natural building sites that can be developed all with great views and open space. The city lights of San Isidro below can be seen from the property.

This is an ideal location for sustainable living. The ground is fertile and there is water flowing everywhere. Because of its location and altitude 3,600 ft at the bottom and 4,300 ft at the top the pastures are always green making this property a desired location for ranchers and small farmers. Also the property is surrounded by large ranches with no neighbors in sight. An ideal location for a private retreat, a few private homes or just move into the existing houses and continue farming, ranching and living sustainably.
